The blogger and journalist Dmitry Bairov was arrested for 25 days under the article on repeated violation of the rules of participation in the rally (Part 8 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation) on January 23. At the same time, he attended the rally as a journalist, and he had a press card with him.
