Two journalists of the media outlet Arctic Observer — Dmitry Artyomenko and Vyacheslav Gorodetsky — were summoned to the police because of a story about possible theft by the local authorities in the construction of warm public transport stops that did not meet the operating conditions in the Far North. The journalists refused to give any explanations, referring to Article 51 of the Constitution.
