In March, journalists Gulnaz Gambarly, Tabriz Mirzayev, and Dilara Gazanfargyzy, who wanted to prepare a report from a rally in front of the Russian Embassy in Azerbaijan, were detained by police officers. The law enforcers did not allow the human rights organisation Line of Protection to hold a rally in front of the Russian embassy in connection with human rights violations in Ukraine.
