The website Dev.by, the news media about Belarusian IT, was blocked in Belarus. When trying to access the website, users get different messages depending on the operator. Some users get «no secure connection». Other users are shown a stub: «Access to the resource is restricted in pursuance of the decision of the Ministry of Information of the Republic of Belarus, taken on the basis of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Mass Media"». The reasons for the decision are not given.
