The Ministry of Information of the Republic of Belarus has blocked access to the Dev.by website, a news media outlet about the Belarusian IT industry. When attempting to access the website, users are presented with a stub: «Access to the resource is restricted in accordance with the decision of the Ministry of Information of the Republic of Belarus, taken on the basis of the Law of the Republic of Belarus „On Mass Media“». No reasons were given for the decision. The editors of the media have appealed to the Ministry of Information for an explanation, but have not yet received a reply.
