Journalist Denis Styazhkin was detained near the building of the Presidential Administration, where he was filming a rally of the Left Bloc on Vladimir Putin's birthday. The journalist had his phone and two cameras confiscated. The police drew up a report on him under Part 5 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation (violation of the rules of participation in a public event).
