Journalists of the online media outlet Road Control Denis Shevchenko and Alexander Pavlov were not connected online to the hearings in the Atyrau Regional Court. On that day, the complaint of a city resident found guilty of libel was heard. The hearings were held in a hybrid format (offline and in WhatsApp) in open mode. The reasons for not accessing the hearings are not known to journalists.
