The blogger was live-streaming from pickets for collecting signatures for presidential candidates. He was detained by the police and taken to the police department, where protocol on violation of the «law on mass media» (Article 22.9 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Belarus) was drawn up on him. His streaming equipment was confiscated, and his phone was smashed during the detention.
