The Petrozavodsk City Court has fined journalist Denis Pogrebnoy 30,000 rubles for allegedly “discrediting” the Russian army, under Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences. According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the charges were based on ten social media posts and anti-war poems Pogrebnoy shared on social network VKontakte in 2023 and 2024.
