The security forces conducted the search in journalist's apartment while he was in the isolation ward. Denis Nosov was arrested on October 4. His computer equipment and digital media were confiscated. One of the policemen later explained that the search was carried out as part of a criminal case - the journalist along with others is suspected of setting on fire the police building.
