Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan JSC filed a civil suit against the blogger Denis Krivosheyev for the protection of the business reputation. The reason for the suit was the publication «The management of Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan JSC is nothing but corrupt», posted by the blogger on his Facebook page. On August 31, the court dismissed the suit. As stated in the reasoning of the decision, the joint-stock company «is an improper plaintiff in the case, since the information specified in the statement of the suit concerns an individual who is not declared as a plaintiff».
