The Pskov City Court arrested the editor-in-chief of Pskovskaya Gubernia Denis Kamalyagin in absentia in a criminal case. On February 5, it became known that Kamalyagin was prosecuted for evasion of duties of a «foreign agent» (Article 330.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). Earlier, in November 2023, the journalist was also charged with «discrediting» the army (Part 1 of Article 280.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). In December, he was put on a wanted list.
