The Pskov City Court fined Denis Kamalyagin RUB 40,000 for the absence of a «foreign agent» label in his Telegram posts (Part 4 of Article 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). The journalist had already been fined twice before on similar reports. The Ministry of Justice declared Kamalyagin a «foreign agent» in December 2020.
