The editor-in-chief of Pskovskaya Gubernia Denis Kamalyagin, the journalist of TV Rain Yekaterina Kotrikadze, and the founder of Conflict Intelligence Team Ruslan Leviev were drawn up administrative reports for violation of the law on «foreign agents». On July 24, the Pskov City Court received two reports against Kamalyagin: about failure to submit a report to the Ministry of Justice (Part 2 of Article 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation) and about the absence of «foreign agent» marking in publications (Part 4 of the same article).
