Denis Kamalyagin, who was declared a «foreign agent» in 2020, left Russia on March 17 after the Pskovskaya Guberniya website was blocked and security forces visited the editorial office. On March 18, Kamalyagin's parents' apartment was searched in the case of libel (Article 128.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) against the governor of the Pskov region Pavel Vedernikov. Searches were conducted at seven addresses, including Svetlana Prokopyeva's address.
