On November 9, while filming a story about money laundering from Russia in Georgia, the Russian citizen «E.K.» intentionally ran over the correspondent of the Formula TV channel Davit Kurdadze and hit him. On December 20, the Prosecutor’s Office of Georgia initiated a criminal case on inflicting bodily harm under Part 1 of Article 126 of the Criminal Code of Georgia. The accused Russian citizen was not allowed to leave Georgia.
