In St. Petersburg, police and an observer at voting precinct No. 2191 attacked David Frenkel, a correspondent from Mediazona, breaking his arm. Another observer also stepped on Frenkel’s foot, and then grabbed him by his broken arm. “A police officer with the badge number 009175 tried to remove me from the precinct, and apparently broke my arm. I can’t move my arm at all. My arm was broken and then punched with a fist,” reported Frenkel.
