Blogger Dauren Ukin, the author of the YouTube channel Azattyq Alany, was subjected to a court administrative penalty in the form of a warning for disobedience to a lawful order or demand of a police officer. According to the investigation, Ukin filmed a video on his cell phone camera in the lobby of the police station and then resumed filming in the office of the deputy chief of the police station. He ignored the police officers' demands to stop filming.
