In St. Petersburg, Federal Security Service officers told MR7 journalists who had filmed the search at the Trezini Hotel, owned by Yevgeny Prigozhin, to delete the photos. Dmitriyeva was forced to unlock her phone under threat of a trip to the police station, after which the Federal Security Service officer deleted the photos himself, including those showing Palace Square. Abramov confronted the officer when he entered the archway where the money seized during the search was kept. He convinced the law enforcer that he had no time to film anything.
