Tokareva received seven more fines, 30,000 RUB (407 USD) each under part 3 of article 13.15 of Administrative Violations Code (unauthorised distribution of information about a minor, harmed by unlawful actions). The court ascertained that the articles published on 9, 11 and 12 March without the parental consent included information about harmed minors and photogrpahs. Tokareva appealed the decisions of civil courts at the Tverskoi court of Moscow but both appeals were rejected.
