Savelovsky District Court of Moscow fined Daniil Turovsky RUB 20,000. The court found him guilty under Part 6.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation —participation in an unauthorized meeting, rally, demonstration, march, or picketing which caused interference in the functioning of vital facilities, transport, or social infrastructure. On March 24, the Moscow City Court ruled that the decision of the Savelovsky District Court, which had fined Turovsky for the January 31 action, was illegal.
