On March 31, 2022, during the court session on the imposition of a preventive measure for Rustem Gugurik, bailiffs of the Kievsky District Court of Simferopol did not allow the civil journalist of Crimean Solidarity (his name could not be identified) to the court building to submit a request to participate in the hearing as a media representative. Instead, they advised to leave the petition in the correspondence box and it was not considered before the start of the meeting.
