On August 18, the 14th Arbitration Court of Appeal upheld the decision of the Arbitration Court of the Vologda Region that rejected the claim of the Specialized Developer «Zhelezobeton-12» for protection of business reputation against the newspaper «Cherepovetskaya Istina». The claim was caused by the article «Self-Confidence as an "Iron-Concrete Tool"». The builder demanded that the editorial office, represented by its founder Yavara-Press LLC, pay RUB 100,000.
