Citizen Gevorg Harutyunian filed a lawsuit with the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction against citizen Larisa Harutyunian and the founder of the Channel 5 TV company, Shark LLC, with demands to refute the defamatory information, publicly apologize and pay compensation. The reason for the lawsuit was the report alleging that Gevorg Harutyunian had attacked Larisa H Harutyunian with a knife and intended to pour gasoline on the woman and burn her. On November 24, the lawsuit was accepted for consideration, and the plaintiff's motion for attachment of the property of the defendant in the amount of AMD 9,000,000 was satisfied.
