The local plant of hydraulic machines Tsucrogidromash filed a lawsuit against CBN and its editor-in-chief Andriy Lysenko. The company demands to refute the information stated in the article from October 14, «Kropyvnytskyi-based enterprise fell under the sanctions of the National Security and Defence Council», to be recognized as unreliable and humiliating business reputation. It is worth noting that a few days after the publication, representatives of the enterprise privately demanded that the media remove the article and apologize.
