Dzerzhinsky District Court of St. Petersburg recovered RUB 300,000 from Business News Agency in the lawsuit of businessman Ilya Traber and ordered to publish a refutation of an article about his criminal past. The plaintiff demanded compensation for moral damage in the amount of RUB 5,000,000. The refutation should have specified that Traber was not a «gangster», «raider», «criminal authority», «gangster of St. Petersburg», does not have nicknames like «Antikvar» and «Moreman» and all his wealth was of legal origin. The ruling in the case was made on September 20.
