The Ministry of Communications of the Republic of Belarus has blocked access to the website Bulbash. According to a statement from the Ministry’s press service, the reason was a violation of the Law of the Republic of Belarus “On Mass Media”. It is claimed that the website contains “false information aimed at discrediting state authorities and administration”. The online resource publishes interviews with former political prisoners, news on the social and political life of Belarus and the world, and also posts personal data of officials, police officers, and prosecutors.
