The Pruzhany District Court of the Brest Region has designated the online resources of the media project “Budzma Belarusami!” as extremist informational material. This includes the TikTok channel “Budzma_razam” (tiktok.com/@budzma_razam), the “Budzma Belarusami! Budzma Belarusami!” community on Odnoklassniki (ok.ru/group/50897479139407), and the YouTube channel “Budzma Dzieciam” (youtube.com@BudzmaDzieciam). The “Budzma Belarusami!” project is aimed at promoting Belarusian culture. Following the court’s decision, the Ministry of Information of Belarus has added these online resources to the Republican List of Extremist Materials. Under Belarusian law, the distribution and storage of materials deemed extremist entail administrative liability for both publishers and users.
