The Leninsky District Court of Brest (Judge Alla Vinahradova) declared the online media outlet Brestsky Kurier «extremist materials». The Ministry of Information of Belarus added the Internet resource to the Republican List of Extremist Materials on the basis of the court decision. According to the Belarusian law, distribution and storage of materials declared extremist provides for administrative liability for both publishers and users.
