The Central District Court of Chita fined Vitkovsky RUB 30,000 under Part 3 of Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation (disrespect for authorities). The reason was the post with a caricature of Vladimir Putin. As stated in the ruling, the post contained «an obscene expression» and «an image of a man who looks like the President of the Russian Federation».
