A support group of the Odessa activist Sergei Sternenka, who was suspected by the Ukrainian Security Service (SBU) of premeditated murder, interfered in the work of journalists by the court building. On his Facebook page, Bogdan Aminov wrote, “A crowd of aggressive people began to push us and surrounded my film crew. I had planned a live broadcast of an introduction to describe the situation. But it was interrupted. The crowd began to shove us, spit, and trip us, and then poured water on me. The police intervened and surrounded me so as not to allow the protesters to attack me. For half an hour, I could not leave the courtyard of the courthouse, because they would not let me pass, shouting ‘shame!’. Aside from the numerous accusations, people kept trying to pull me out of the police ring.”
