The Moscow Arbitration Court granted Rosneft’s claim against Bloomberg over the article from March 16 about the financing of the Vostok Oil project. The agency was ordered to remove the article and publish a refutation in English. Rosneft also filed a lawsuit against TV Rain and Echo of Moscow, which referred to the Bloomberg article. In May, the court upheld the lawsuit against TV Rain, ordering it to remove and refute the information from the news story. In August, a similar decision was made in the lawsuit against Echo of Moscow.
