Beautician Zarema Alieva accused the news site “Bloknot. Stavropol” of defamation. The district commissioner of the third unit of Russia’s Ministry of Internal Affairs in Stavropol informed the editorial board that Alieva invoked five publications that, in her opinion, damaged her reputation.
