Businessman Khachatur Sukiasyan filed a lawsuit against 168 Zham LLC in the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction, demanding that they publicly refute allegedly-slanderous information and pay 2 million Dram in compensation. The lawsuit followed the publishing of material on Blog.168.am (owned by Zham LLC) entitled "Oligarch Khachatur Sukiasyan, who is close to Pashinyan, is founding an airline. Mediaport." In addition to this, the publication also said that “Khachatur Sukiasyan is calling Nikol Pashinyan’s critics and offering a deal in exchange for their silence.” The claim was accepted on May 3, after which the trial began.
