Correspondent Beslan Kmuzov was attacked while walking his dog: he was beaten with an iron bat and stones. The police later detained him as the initiator of the quarrel with his neighbours. The attackers wrote that Kmuzov committed the attack. As a result, the journalist faces from 2 to 4 years in prison. Later, the journalist was transferred to the temporary detention center until the court decision. The trial was held on March 8. Beslan Kmuzov was released on bail of GEL 1,500 (USD 540).
