The Tsentralny District Court of Minsk declared the Telegram channel Belye Khalaty News and Telegram chat BH Chat and Comments «extremist materials». The decision was made on the materials of the Main Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The Telegram channel Belye Khalaty was created in August 2020 during peaceful protests. At that time, the channel actively involved medics. The Telegram channel contained information about street actions, detentions, and dismissals of medical workers.
