Roskomnadzor blocked the website of the Polish TV channel Belsat under Article 15.1 of the Law On Mass Media, i.e. for publications that «in an indecent form express a clear disrespect for society, the state, the official state symbols of the Russian Federation, the Constitution of the Russian Federation or the bodies exercising state power in the Russian Federation».
