On September 2, Nasibyan was detained when she was taking her child to the kindergarten. The Pervomaysky District Court of Rostov-on-Don arrested her for 5 days on charges of public demonstration of extremist symbols (Part 1 of Article 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation) for the fact that her Instagram account had a post with a sticker of Smart Voting. The law prohibits arresting mothers with children under 14. On September 3, Rostov regional court replaced the arrest with a fine of RUB 2,000.
