The decision of the KGB declared the independent radio station Belaruskae Radio Racyja an «extremist formation». The decision concerns the website of the media outlet and related accounts in social networks. Journalists involved in the media outlet are listed in the KGB report: Polish citizen Yauhen Wapa and Belarusian citizen Yauhen Voloshin. According to the law, any interaction with resources declared extremist formations entails the possibility of criminal prosecution and imprisonment for up to 10 years for participation in an extremist formation or assistance to an extremist formation (Article 361-1 and Article 361-4 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus).
