The Pervomaisky District Court of Minsk has recognised the Telegram channel Belarusian Service of Polskie Radio | Polskie Radio dla Zagranicy (identifier: t.me/byplradio) and the Instagram page bypolskieradio as extremist informational material. On the basis of the court’s decision, the Belarusian Ministry of Information added these online resources to the Republican List of Extremist Materials. Under Belarusian law, the distribution and storage of materials deemed extremist entail administrative liability for both publishers and users.
