The Tbilisi City Court fined the journalist of the media Tabula Beka Dzhikurashvili GEL 2,200 (USD 876). He was found guilty under two articles of the Code of Administrative Offences of Georgia, involving petty hooliganism and disobedience to the police. Dzhikurashvili, along with the director of the media Publika, was detained on March 2 while performing his professional duty at a rally against the Russian-type law on foreign agents.
