In Astana, while covering the detention of protesters outside the KazMunayGas office, Vlast.kz journalist Beimbet Moldagaliyev was twice prevented from filming and detained by officers of the Special Rapid Response Unit. In the footage, at the end of the video, the journalist’s camera falls to the ground. Moldagaliyev was wearing a vest with the inscription «Press» at the time of filming and was carrying his service ID.
