The Promyshlenny District Court of Vladikavkaz fined former sports journalist and local blogger Batraz Tigiyev RUB 45,000 under the article on «discrediting» the army (Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federations) because of statements against the war. It is not known what exactly prompted the administrative report. Tigiyev intends to continue his blogging activities.
