Glasnost Defense Foundation received information that circulation of Baltika magazine, the only magazine in the Kaliningrad region dedicated to culture, had been seized and stacked in the basement of the regional library. The regional Ministry of Culture decided that the statements of the editor-in-chief of the Baltika magazine were harmful and demanded that he write a retraction. Also, the circulation of the magazine with the article «Pushed to the Limit» was arrested.
