Bakhrom Abdullaev, a correspondent for TV channel 31 kanal, came to the city akimat (mayory) where mothers with many children had gathered, demanding a meeting with the akim (mayor) of the city to resolve socially important issues. After some time, when many women had already begun to lose patience, akimat officials came to them and incited them to come into the building of the akimat. But 31 kanal’s film crew was not permitted in the meeting and was prohibited from filming.
