Roskomnadzor sent a notice to the hosting provider of the website Ak Zhaiyk with the requirement to immediately inform the website owner about the removal of the publication «A mass grave found in Izyum after the withdrawal of the Russian army» (azh.kz, 16.09.2022). If the publication is not removed within 24 hours, the hosting provider is ordered to limit access to the resource. The letter was sent «on the basis of the request of the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation or his deputy to take measures to restrict access to information resources from 11.03.2023 № 27-31-2023.Treb81-23». Ak Zhaiyk refused to remove the article.
