Petropavlovsk city court has sentenced the blogger Azamat Baikenov to one year on parole. He was charged with “participating in activities of the banned organization”. Baikenov was also fined 27 thousand tenges, or 65$ that will be transferred to the victims’ compensation fun. The bloggers is banned from using social media for three years. Azamat Baikenov denies all charges.
