A court in Novorossiysk fined video blogger Askhab Alibekov RUB 50,000 under the article on «discrediting» the army (Part 1 of Article 20.3.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). Alibekov was found guilty under this article for the second time. The video blogger complained that judge Manolis Kerasov «closed his mouth to the lawyer» and «refused to accept all motions». He considers the decision to be unlawful.
