'Asia-Plus' News Agency and 'Asia-Plus' Radio were evicted from the property they occupied for more than 18 years. The News Agency completely renovated the premises. The building's management did not compensate the losses of the forced relocation, nor were the costs of repairing the premises reimbursed. The building where the 'Asia-Plus' office was located is a state-building.
