Around 11 PM, civil journalist Asan Akhtemov, who cooperated with the Nefes information initiative, was detained in front of his home. According to Akhtemov, after his detention, he was tortured with electric shocks and psychological pressure for a long time, including threats to the life and health of his family. The torture, according to him, was intended to force him to confess to the sabotage of the gas pipeline in the Simferopol region.
